No Quibble 30-Day Returns

If you're not happy, we'll put it right.

We want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To arrange a return, email us at sales@caledonianfineart.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

• Returns are sent back at your own cost
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service
• Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your artwork is damaged, defective or incorrect, simply contact us with a photo and we’ll put it right with either a no-fuss refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method straight away. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a few days to process the refund.
